Fair Pricing Policy

The rates quoted below is the maximum you will pay, the only surcharge we make is for single person occupancy. We dont believe in advertising low prices just to atttract you just for you to find that prices "vary on a day to day basis" or to raise prices just because we know lots of people will be visiting the island (the oft quoted high and low seasons).

All prices are based on two sharing and includes breakfast, the price in brackets is per person per night for your information.
Terms and Conditions
  • A single occupancy surcharge of maximum of 20% applies (we round down the rate after applying the surcharge for convenience)
  • We require a non refundable deposit equivalent to one nights stay per room to confirm all bookings.
  • Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm, if you would like to check in later then please let us know. Check out time is 11am.
  • Refunds/Cancellations - We hope you wont but if you wish to cancel your booking then please contact us as soon as you decide to do so. We will refund any amount paid over the one night stay deposit you have paid within 10 working days using the payment method you used to make the booking.
  • As a small business we are sorry to say we do not accept Credit/Debit Cards, payment is by cash, cheque (with a guarentee card and made payable to Alison Sharples) or paypal/bank transfer prior to stay.
