As a non meat alternative we are able to offer
Home made potato cakes, mushrooms, tomatoes,
beans and scrambled eggs

Toast with jam and marmalade

Teas or fresh filtered coffee

All food served at breakfast is locally sourced.
For those having eggs, these are sourced from our chickens in the garden coop - a total food mileage of 20 feet!!

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:00, if you require it at an alternative time then please let us know.
If you have any special dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free (coeliac), vegan or vegetarian), please advise us on booking.

Packed Lunches - £5

Sandwiches - select any two from the following:
Cheese, Ham, Egg, Salad
served on white or wholemeal bread
with your choice of butter, mayo, pickle

Drinks:
Mineral Water or Fruit Juice

Fresh Fruit

Cake of the Day

All the above Subject to Availability.
Please place your orders by 19.00 the day before.

We can also fill your flask with either
Tea, Coffee or Chocolate for an extra £1.00

Beach BBQ

Monks bay offers an ideal location for a Beach BBQ
Sheltered location, large beach area so you are not crowded and toilets close by.

We supply the following

Disposable BBQ's

A selection of the following based on requirements
Sausages and burgers (with bread rolls), spare ribs, minty lamb chops and BBQ chicken
Veggie burgers, veggie sausages

Fresh green salad, coleslaw and potato salad

Selection of sauces, salt and pepper

Knives, forks, plates and cooking implements and bin bags

All food is packed into cold boxes, additional cold boxes are provided for your own drinks (available from the spar located accross the road) (A taxi to and from the beach can be organised if you wish)

All the above Subject to Tides and availability, minimum group size of 4.
